(6 posts)This couldn't be apter if we tried, now that we are about 45 days away from the Iowa Caucuses.
Right now Democrats are attacking fellow Democrats on Twitter, because "My candidate is purer than yours" and all that bullshit, and I'm honestly tired of it. Yes, I have a preferred candidate. But at the same time, I would happily vote for any of the Democratic candidates that were on the stage earlier this week.
But fellow Dems are lashing out at each other - Warren and Buttigieg supporters going after each other, people attacking Bernie and Biden for being too old and the like. Where does that get us? Nowhere. Actually, that's not right. It doesn't just weaken fellow Democrats, but it might just get us 4 more years of Republicans in the White House.
What part of "Talk up your candidate, but stop attacking fellow Dems for their personal opinions" do people not get? I've just about had it with Twitter because it's so damned frustrating. The circular firing squad is assembling and taking aim at our chances at the White House for 2020.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
