Democratic Primaries

(98,883 posts)republicans in Congress 11 days before the election, and the media falsely reporting that the email investigation was reopened which was a LIE. Before that happened the Democratic nominee was ahead in all the polls by 4-5 points, and almost immediately after that event, the polls dropped to even.
Of course there was other contributing factors also, such as those self-identifying progressives who refused to vote for the Democratic nominee because they believed the nonesense that there was no difference between the republicans and Democrats even though they knew the SC was at stake
add to that the Russian interference, hacking, Cambridge Analytical etc. and we have a perfect storm.
While I agree with Buttigieg's assessment that it would be a mistake to think any investigation of trump will bring his downfall, I think it is typical Monday morning quarterbacking to assume the issues I named above could have been predicted.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
