It says Blacks and Latinos will vote for policy prescriptions over other stuff. That bodes well for Buttigieg nationally.

The primary will give us a good sense. I am sure that his sexuality will be broadcast widely. If that has no impact on his performance that is good.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
