2) Just because the DOJ is going all in on repeal doesn't mean shit - it's still up to the same Supreme Court that ruled in 2012 it was constitutional.
3) I can't stress this enough - IT IS CURRENTLY STILL THE LAW. It will likely still remain the law. Bernie's turn on the ACA means he's advocating against a law that helps millions of Americans. He is openly joining Trump is pushing to eliminate health coverage for a good amount of Americans.
4) Even if it was repealed, please tell me how Mr. Sanders, who has no substantial legislation to his name as either a congressman or a senator, expects to pass Medicare for All with a Republican Senate?
