143. Bernie wants something much much better than the ACA..Medicare for all!

It's funny, not in a humorous way, that lots of people here don't seem to understand that the ACA did absolutely NOTHING for millions of Americans!

Here is what it did for me personally, living in a redstate controlled by the republican party. I went on the exchange looking for health care insurance under penalty of law if I didn't have any.

Not having lots of money to spend...I of course went right to the cheapest bronze plan offered thinking this is great, finally I'll get some real insurance!

Needless to say, it was wildly expensive and the deductibles were a sick joke! So I left the exchange depressed that the ACA was not going to save me at all.

Not only did it not give me decent affordable healthcare insurance, it made me an outlaw for being too poor to live up to it's lowest standards and so I was fined by the IRS on top of still not having any health insurance!

The ACA is NOT the answer to healthcare in America unless you are good with half of the country or more going without any healthcare!

I still to this day have no real healthcare, just a BS policy to keep from getting fined by the IRS. I'm 63 and haven't seen a doctor in a good five years or so. At this point I'm just praying I make it to 65 so i can get some real health insurance called...MEDICARE!

Which is what Bernie wants for ALL of us!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
