In reply to the discussion: Photo of Joe Biden speaking to a homeless man goes viral - CBS News [View all]This happened a couple of years ago late at night and there's no reason to think he assumed he was being watched.
The user who posted the photo, Paul Equale, wrote on his Facebook page: "Joe Biden took his granddaughter to the movies in Georgetown last night.....on his way out he stopped to speak w/ a homeless man. A bystander took this candid shot.
