This young woman needs to get a grip. It was this type of thinking and people behaving as if they live in a parliamentary system that got us Trump to begin with. The Sarandons who expressed belief that Trump would be preferential as president because if Americans just suffered enough they would rush to embrace this political philosophy that has no party. The nation and the world are suffering in a way not seen in a generation. We have a cadre of the population who would be just fine with exterminating a whole range of Americans based on immutable characteristics who have been given great power in this manner.
I will not wring my hands for these people because they wagered based on their sense of righteous purity and we all lost. We are back at solid Democrats needing to clean up another large Republican mess. My vote will go with a Democrat. Now is not the time to experiment with a movement nor give harbor to a faction not unlike the Tea Party. There is too much to do to entertain fractiousness.
