30. This kind of rhetoric is getting dangerous

The immediate connection one gets may be "Only I can fix it" but it is more problematic than just simple slogans.
The solution to everything is the kind of thing you imagine hearing before a cult does something really bad to themselves or others.

Further, it is important to realize that no person has a monopoly on good ideas, that you have to work together and cooperate to achieve anything and that there may be several paths to reach a goal. Some with better outcomes, some more achievable than others.

I know you mean well but this is the kind of rhetoric that leads to some people becoming unapproachable for any kind of reasoning who would otherwise be on our side. We saw effects of that in 2016.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
