(180,085 posts)There is a ton of oppo that can easily be used against sanders. No one is using that oppo on sanders because no one is really worried about sanders being the nominee. Clinton had a ton of great oppo on sanders but never used this oppo because sanders had been mathematically eliminated by the results of the super Tuesday contests.
For sanders to be competitive, sanders would have to make significant inroads with African American voters. That is not going to happen. If nothing, many African Americans remember sanders delegates booing John Lewis, Stacy Abrams, Elijah Cummings and others at the national convention. If sanders appears that he is getting support from African American voters, you will see clips of the National Convention being shown. In addition all of the speeches of sanders praising Fidel Castro and other socialist leaders will start appearing.
I will support the nominee of the party. I doubt that sanders will be the nominee. There are too many real democrats who have good memories and these real Democrats will not forgive or forget
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
