In 1995 , Biden addressed the Senate floor and bragged that he worked with the Senator from Iowa for a freeze in all federal spending … ….Joe is a fiscal conservative who supported the Balanced Budget Constitutional Amendment ….He worked with Boehner and McConnell to achieve the so called Grand Bargain while he was Vice-President ….It is a respectable position that he should own up to ...
