Due diligence on part of the loan originators should have prevented students headed down a dead end degree path from getting a loan. That is why we are facing a possible loss of the election to possibly one of the worst people possible. The disregard of people in favor of profit is why Trump is president now. The degeneration of our system from stakeholder to shareholder rewards deceit for profit. College loans were awarded on less than NINJA qualifications. Should not have been, period. And that is just one of the many reasons we have a President Trump. The Trump University law suit was settled in favor of the students. That should be precedent for all worthless degree students to sue for all the money they spent on education.
