(71,549 posts)that is how they get you. By attacking the specifics...I have no doubt that sexism plays a role...we live in a sexist country. So a successful candidate is going to have to overcome this and convince enough people that she can win...as Obama did fighting to win in a racist society...If this was not such a desperate election with a loss giving Trump four more years, I think more people would give women candidates more of a chance. But if we lose the consequences are so dire that people don't want to risk it.
I support Biden because I always liked him, he has experience and he can win the states we need. I like Amy too..and think she would make a kick ass VP. And in four or eight years she could win the presidency...honestly I don't think Warren would. We win elections in the center.
