He was an intelligence officer in the Navy, They learn how to make and execute operational plans. I see evidence of careful planning and some use of novel methods in execution.

As for how much time and resources it would take, I don't know. Part of being a great strategist, is being able to figure out how to get from where you are to where you need to be. You can look at many examples from military and political history to see how superior strategies beat the odds. I am sure he is aware of this.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
