In reply to the discussion: Did Elizabeth Warren 'dis' Bernie Sanders' handshake [View all]ehrnst

Why does Warren owe an apology for this?
You left out this part:
The campaign official followed up to caution supporters against accusing Sanders of sexism, saying that the line of questioning would be really bad news for us.
And you seem to want to gloss over this:
But no one here is actually claiming Bernie himself is sexist (regardless of your own personal beliefs on that topic).
Also, that part in the parens is not a quote, but an estimation of what the staffer thought or meant.
And what does Warren have to apologize for about this? That her staffer had a different opinion about the controversy?
At one point in a lengthy DM to the Twitter group on Tuesday morning, the Warren staffers description of the controversy hewed closer to Sanderss description than Warrens.
Warren is the one telling her supporters not to call Bernie a sexist. Sanders on the other hand, seems himself to be engaging with and not discouraging the claims among his supporters that she is lying.
Bernie and I have far more in common than our differences on punditry, Warren said.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

Well, who's Biden pointing at? He's such a nasty finger pointer, that Biden.

Well, Bernie has burned many a bridge, and still thinks he's the only hope of Democrats.

You don't "think" your candidate of choice is lying, but you think she is exaggerating?
