He doesn't even do well in the cities south of San Antonio or the Rio Grande Valley. While he doesn't add diversity to the ticket, O'Rourke is far more popular in Texas than Castro.

BTW, it's Julián instead of Julio (the character on Sanford & Son). Beto speaks Spanish, Julián not so much.
