40. Shumlin needed money from the federal government, Bernie offered no help.

The other US Senator tried to help, as did the sole US Congressman, but they got zero help from Bernie. Federal money to jump start the program WAS NOT a state issue, Vermont simply did not have a billion dollars.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
