Because there are many examples of Sanders doing such.
I'm also not a politician, and if you need to misrepresent my list of these problematic votes as accusing Sanders of "voting against god and motherhood" to make your point, then perhaps your point needs re-examining.
You evaded explaining how even one the votes against the Democratic Party position were "complicated" with your broad dismissal of them all as "being complicated," and me using "an old and dishonest tactic" used by "both parties" that Senator Sanders is not a member of.
Would those be the Green Party and the GOP?
The list of of votes I presented against the Democratic Party position on them is quite long, and very seldom discussed, so that must have been quite unsettling.
But how about demonstrating how "dishonest" the "tactic" I'm using is by explaining the "complexity" behind just one of those votes?
I would appreciate an explanation of the "complexity" of Sanders ushering the legislation establishing the Sierra Blanca nuclear waste dump in a primarily low income Hispanic area of Texas. The link has details. Particularly in light of he and Jane still benefitting from it financially 16 years later.
When Paul Wellstone called that legislation "environmental racism" what reason did he have?
He wasn't running against Sanders in an election, and he was a Minnesota Senator, not a Texas Senator.

BTW - Sanders voted to oppose that amendment that Wellstone sought to add.
I thank you in advance for your response.
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
