33. Biden is clearly showing signs of cognitive decline since leaving office

He has trouble, unrelated to his speech impediment, of completing thoughts and staying on topic. It’s noticeable and observable if you’re willing to compare videos of when he was VP and now.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
