14. That is disappointing. Not that she is wrong.

What your bolded text says is what could very well have happened. Just warning about it is not the same as advocating it, surely you understand the difference.

But I'm disappointed that she would cave so quickly on the Mueller Report based only on Barr's 4 page whitewash.

But I understand her approach. And that is try and find bridges to the other side. At least to the fringes of Trumpland, and to the Independents, who were a big factor in the last election.

I'm all about defeating Trump. However we can. Whomever ends up with the best numbers against Trump as this plays out, and that might mean looking how they fare not just with those who are traditional Democratic party voters, but new voters, young voters, Independents, and maybe even a few disgruntled moderate R's. And if she can successfully walk that tightrope and can develop a bit of a teflon armor against RW media smear campaigns....which we know work, then all power to her. I'll take her flaws if the other choice is Trump.

If its the most establishment established Democrat there is ie. Joe Biden turns it up and in a year he's leading the pack as Americans choice over Trump...I'm all in!

But what if the well has been so poisoned by actual Fake News from Fox and RW media that we may have to think a little differently if our #1 goal is defeating Trump.

What if it were a choice between a candidate like say Harris, who is wildly popular within Democratic circles, but was targeted 24/7 by Fox News and also the extreme left and that worked to dampen any support outside of the party, while at the same time inflaming the deplorables to show up to vote against her........or a candidate that was down the list of popularity with Democrats, but was trusted more, or at least not hated, by independents and moderate conservatives? Someone who has served in the military overseas vs. Bonespur Donnie for instance. What if this candidate would get out the vast majority of Democrats, even if holding their noses, in order to rid the country of Trump. But then they would also have the effect of winning the Independent vote, and also the effect of keeping home the few disgruntled "No Trump" crowd, that may just stay home because at least they have not been conditioned to HATE AND LOATHE the Democratic candidate as they were last time?

So this response to "move on", while I disagree and find it premature for any Democrat to be saying, it does fit into her very clear path of not going out of her way to antagonize too much the big red machine. And I'm just saying that it may end up we need that kind of fence walker to defeat Trump. She is invaluable as another card to play if we need to, at the very least.

Like I said, if the candidate who can win is someone more conservative like Biden or even Klobuchar, or Gillibrand, even though personally I'm in favor of pushing the party forward and embrace the new younger progressive movement.....fine. But if it looks like we actually NEED a candidate who has developed a kind of teflon armor against a lot of RW attacks, while at the same time appealing to a wider audience, then Tulsa might be the ticket out of the nightmare.

I think its important to hear the views from all candidates.
