Security...wanted to appear reasonable...so he said it too...read the Bloomberg story...there is a newspaper account. The GOP have always claimed that SS was a problem with the deficit...and in 95 it was a problem.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
