In the end he still engaged in this behavior which based upon Flores, made her uncomfortable. Also, I think it important to consider the relationship here. It is not easy to address issues like this personally when one is politically and socially lower than the offender. This really shouldnt matter and we should feel no fear in addressing these problems directly with those involved but that isnt the reality. Fear keeps people silent and I think expecting Flores to overcome her shock and embarrassment and then recover to challenge Biden immediately or even privately later is a bit of a stretch.

As for my own experience, my coworker was the head of another department and higher in the organization. There was no fear what so ever not to mention she was at least 10 to 15 years my senior.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
