I wonder at times if people in general have forgotten what 'representative' means. Despite what he calls himself now or in the distant past, a vote for Sanders is a Democratic vote of support (even if there are independents etc. - all candidates are equally qualified for that segment of voters).
To say that the sitting Dem House members are supporting a Dem in greater numbers than an Independent is, well, kinda pointing out the obvious.
Sanders is campaigning for Democratic votes. He seems to be doing quite well
