In reply to the discussion: I'm undecided. Convince me. [View all]BlueWI
(1,736 posts)54. I would also encourage a closer look at Inslee.
As the previous poster mentioned, climate change is his #1 issue, but his records as a governor and in Congress show successes in a number of areas. He has an excellent sense of when to stand on principle and when to join a majority. Clinton won the nod last time because of relevant experience, and Inslee brings a similar record of accomplishment as a chief executive and as a legislator. I would love to see him get more traction and visibility, because I think his electibility is a strong point. The time is right for a Midwest or West Coast candidate and a candidate with a clear legislative agenda.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided

The OP wasn't just asking for "opinions". The title was ---- " I'm undecided. Convince me."

The negativity is uncalled for. It's a valuable post for some; if not for you, no need to criticize.

Who are you to tell me what is "uncalled for"? When negativity is dropped on me, I'll return it

Polls show he still is the most popular among young voters and we have to get them out in 2020.
