Mid March is probably the soonest he'll make it official and it could be even later. It's a big commitment and he's basically looking at taking on the VRWC for the next five to ten years. They fight dirty and he's right to give the matter serious deliberation. But yeah the sooner the better.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
