5. i heard on one of chicago's local news reports

that iowa voters were commenting that it was confusing and chaotic -- there were a couple places that showed crowds of voters hanging around, wondering why they weren't able to get tallies (it was at 10:30 central time), and waiting for some results

news also mentioned that people were wondering if this mess had to do with the rules that had been changed

(i don't really get this caucus business so i don't know what it used to be like and how tallies were gotten compared to how it was done tonight)

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
