9. These opening events set the stage for the rest of the primary.

Momentum, public perception, and other benefits are reaped by those who win these events. The are historically important and are often critical events that seup success or failure for the rest of the campaign. Every event in this system is critical but whatever events you teplace IA and NH with will assume the same weight.

These early events never seem to be a problem when the right candidate wins them.
