Common sense is good. But common sense did not put a man on the moon.
Maybe we should go for brains, wisdom, courage, honesty, creativity, integrity.
Being centrist is standing for and attempting almost nothing. It is compromising with radicals who pull you toward the ditch. It is a little like blowing in the wind.
