The standard of proof should not be "beyond a reasonable doubt." Even in civil trials, the burden of proof is not at that level.
What if the standard of proof was "preponderance of the evidence"? How many photos or videos of Biden taking liberties with physical contact, along with personal testimonies, would constitute a "preponderance of the evidence"?
