Although Sanders and Warrens multiple policies are far more lavish in cost and promise people much more assistance in a wider range of areas, it is highly doubtful their plans will get funded even with a Dem house and senate, that they will manage to attain the political and financial capital to launch a small percentage of them, or that in a two term presidency they would have the time. I hope they do anticipate the full range of presidential duties and responsibilities beyond spearheading sweeping domestic economic policies, chief of which will be repairing the damage Trump has done here and abroad.
As to how she proposes to pay for her many plans (including citizenship for dreamers, healthcare expansion, student debt relief expansion, paid family leave, teacher pay boost, raising minimum wage) :
She would increase capital gains tax rate, slash defense budget, raise corporate taxes, and increase taxes on upper income Americans.
