15. They both won in accordance with this year's rules. There are 3 results to be considered.

Screwy as it may be, it was agreed that this year's Iowa Caucus would have 3 results and the potential for multiple winners. There's the pre-alignment vote total (Sanders by a fairly healthy margin), the final vote total (Sanders by a narrower margin) and the state delegate equivalents (Buttigieg by the narrowest of margins).

Of course, the pledged/national delegates are what matter in terms of the nomination process. Buttigieg and Sanders will likely end up with the same number of those.
