I returned to DU after many years, hoping to find some sanity and like-minds in the era of Trump. At first it was a comfort, but lately, I find myself coming here less and less.

Much like you, I supported Bernie in the primary and Hillary in the general. All of the Bernie supporters I encountered—and there were many, since I chauffeured my elderly mother and her entire arthritis posse to countless events—voted for Hillary in the general. And not one of the people I met during that primary season bore any resemblance to the Bernie Bros we hear so much about.

I would hope that members strongly consider who ultimately benefits from their negative posts about any candidate. If we continue this circular firing squad, there will be no one left to stand up against Trump.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
