A good leader is one who knows that they don't know everything, and is adept at delegating. They are able to take and synthesize large amounts of advice and opinion, and come up with the most appropriate plan for any given problem.

Good leaders surround themselves with those who offer a variety of viewpoints.

Nothing about being a senator, or any other government job, can prepare someone to be president. Sure, they may have a better idea of how things have been done in the past, but experienced advisors can provide the same insight. Leadership has far more to do with being bold, moral and intelligent. I'm still not convinced on who I support, but I think we all know from experience, that the character of our President is the most important factor.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
