will win only a plurality, probably not more than 30% +/-

Since the primaries award only 24 pledged delegates (There are 33 altogether), the winner will take probably only 8 or 9 delegates at best. This is slow going, since 1,990 pledged delegates are needed to clinch the nomination.

NH has a population of only 1.3 million statewide. Say half are democrats or democratic leaning independents, and if 35% of those vote, it's high for a primary. It's a very small number of votes in the overall scheme of things.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
