Make unfounded or misinformed assertions, then pick fights with people over semantics when the allegations are proven misleading or contrary evidence is provided.
Just a guess, but I'm pretty sure it's intentional.

Yes. Voters registered as "undeclared" were allowed to vote in the Democratic primary in NH.
