24. Most education issues are at the state and local level

Not the federal. Let’s be fair, she says the right things, and that’s good, but she has never had to deal with fixing on-the-ground problems as urban mayors do. So it’s a bit unfair to criticize other candidates who have. That’s all I’m saying.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
