"conceding" SC.

I see it more as putting the $$$ where she needs it NOW.

Per a mailing I received this am, the campaign has raised USD 5 million since Iowa and has set a new goal of USD 7 million by NV.

She is simply not spending beyond her means. Once she has the $$$, she'll move it back.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
