This is really a terrible place to be in, but we are here because not enough Dems got off their ASSES and voted for HILLARY in 2016.
Now that we are here - YES Bloomberg is better than Trump.
And NO, the risk of authoritarian government is NOT as high. Because a Democrat is more likely to be thwarted by the opposition party, and trust me, they will be trying to thwart.
As disgusting as it is to say, at this point we would have been better off if Trump had run as a Democrat. (well he wouldn't have been nominated, but you get the point)
And all that said, please, please let there be a better nominee, who can and does beat Trump.
