They could also be skewing the vote in favor of people they really would like to be able to vote for in November, since so many don't Republicans or right-leaning independents don't like Trump. Then it's not "chaos," it's actually helping us put up a candidate who could more easily steal votes from Trump. Crossover voting is complicated.

Crossover voting is still one vote for one person. No one can vote in two primaries.
