Read the book Focus by Daniel Goleman and you will learn that worry is a symptom of the unfocused mind.

A good example of focus is Bernie. If he listened to people like you, he wouldn't be ahead of everyone else, including Trump. I will be posting three new polls this morning. Take a look. Bernie just forges ahead. He doesn't sit around worrying.

Seriously, read the book. If you are focused on something (hopefully promoting your candidate, no matter who it is), you will not be worrying.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
