Making remarks about how somebody who has the most delegates going into the convention has to be the nominee and now this?

He knows his ceiling is about 25% and there is no way he takes more delegates than that and that Bloomberg will be able to stay in for the long haul.

He's vying for being the nominee with about a quarter of the delegates.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
