Nobody's getting anointed. His relationship isn't going to be a topic in the debate. Why? Because if they raise that, they will have to raise Buttigieg's relationship and there's no way they'll do that.
What is Bloomberg's attitude toward his apparent partner? Do you know? I assume that she is just fine with their current relationship. If she were not, she would probably not be in it.
I suspect their relationship is one of mutual respect and affection. I know other couples in the same sort of relationship. They aren't married, but have been together for years.
Bloomberg might become the nominee, or he might not. That's 48 primary events and a convention away.
