When one announces an exploratory committee and they pull in $7 mil in the first 60 days, the exploratory part is kind of over. He's proven he's a viable candidate. At that point, he's supposed to announce if he's running - which is likely what is coming on the 14th.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
