Biden is in the middle of the worst scandal he can face
(even if you believe it is politically motivated, it's still happening). Questions about his tough-on-crime and other conservative-by-today's-standards parts of his record will undoubtedly come up down the line, but the majority of Americans understand that society and its leaders evolve.

And this is before he even does an official announcement, which will give him a bump. He will run, no question.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
