42. I'm watching myself for misplaced emotional reaction

Have started and stopped trying to post in regards to this all evening. I’ve felt some snap distrust and am collecting my emotions - it’s been a rough day. Righteous anger over tRump summarily firing one acting ODNI director for another (that is ridiculously unqualified) just kept going until the Bernie story hit.

I’m trying to keep focus on how we got to this point: tRump. As Swalwell pointed out on Lawrence O’Donnell’s show, the real question should be, when was tRump first notified and did he use that intel to start preferencing Bernie in his twitter feed, etc. instead of taking measures to protect the integrity of the election?

If Sanders wins the election by whatever means, good or bad, Democrats will hold him accountable if he favors putin one tenth as aggressively as tRump has. Is bonkers that Sanders was briefed on this during the impeachment, and I get how transparency may have been tricky. Am glad we know about it, now, by leak and then confirmation from the candidate. I give Sanders credit for forceful comments aimed at putin. I could have done without his Washington Post jab as he headed for the plane (that really bothers me). I’ll temper my reactions with reading and knowledge.

Too, this isn’t a ‘Democratic establishment’ takedown of Bernie. C’mon, that’s just convenient conjecture.

These are the machinations of the tRump regime as they tear down the whole system for their narrow benefit, and I will not give in to their abusive tactics.

Eta: I don’t know how to figure all this after seeing Bernie’s tweet from earlier this evening. I’m rather pissed off, now.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
