36. Why would Biden win in WI, MI, and PA?

About half or candidates have strong claims in those areas and more experience campaigning in them or neighboring states as progressives..

Union membership has fallen by half in those places since Biden last ran a campaign there. His manufacturing chops come from that union vote.

Why do you think he would win there? Leave Obama out of it BTW, he isn't running. What is Biden's appeal there? Where does this claim of superiority in those areas come from?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
