12. Good. Whenever possible that is how it should be

At our rural Town level our Party uses caucuses to select candidates for local election, but there are only about 3500 residents in our town, and a primary is prohibitively expensive for us. I see no good reason why any state shouldn't use primaries.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
