(29,785 posts)22. The report from the state is vague about how the tickets were divided up.
Ok, each of the candidates got the same number of seats. Saying the rest of the tickets were divided up doesnt mean they were divided equally, and most of the groups they were given to seem to be party loyalists. Not that theres anything wrong with that, but they would tend to oppose the kind of systemic change that is emblematic of Liz and Bernies platforms.

All of the tickets were FREE. Some were resold for high prices, many were not. Does anyone know...
