New polls: Sanders opens up big leads in Colorado and Virginia

2. No, Bernie has not gained, it's Biden losing voters to Warren, Bloomberg and Buttigieg.

Bernie's percentages are about what they were in 2016, around 30%, but now the Hillary vote is split up among a lot more candidates.


And in 2016 Bernie got 58.98% of the vote in the Colorado caucuses (41 delegates to Hillary's 25). Now he's only got 34% in CO. His support has literally fallen off by half.

In 2016 Bernie got 33% of the vote in VA. This poll says he's only getting 28% now. That is not a gain.

This candidate field is just too damn big.
