Has been consistent for a long time now. And Biden has zero dollars and staff invested there and has not campained there at all, he could win South Carolina by 50 pts and it would not give him 1 more pt in California since its 39% latino.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
