How to determine that, I don't know. It's tough. There are polls, but they don't mean too much before the actual campaign starts with all the smears. Charisma and being "presidential" matter there. Appealing to different constituencies matters. Not having vulnerabilities/scandals/skeletons matters.
There's no easy way. But still, we need to decide, based on imperfect information. And when I decide, it will be the person who I think is most likely to defeat Trump.
